Luxury Condo Hidden Gem of Gruene Resort A1

The space is awesome - great kitchen and living area, big bedrooms, adequate bathrooms. Big TV in den and full compliment of streaming services. Location is great - really great b/c you are away from the noise of Gruene Hall and all of the other stuff in that immediate area - but close enough to walk there if you want, or a two minute drive and there's a fair amount of parking available across from Gruene Hall. You are 10 minutes from New Braunfels and don't have to go through Gruene to get there. But if you don't like hearing people stomp around above you, get a second floor unit. We were awakened both nights around midnight by the people above us, who were neither light nor light-footed. And they had a tiny dog that yipped quite a bit when they came "home" for the evening. Had I been smart enough to get a second floor unit, I would have nothing negative to say and that's my fault for not paying attention. So I'm giving 5 starts b/c that's on me.
